Process
Gather all remaining and necessary paperwork and details for submitting to underwriting
Underwriting
Lender will closely review your information, home details and documents – if everything meets – it’s on to closing
Close and Fund
Final (closing) documents are put together and sent out for signing. After lender receives them – payments to seller/agents/settlement company are sent out (funding)
